My name is Patricia Greensmith.
On the 7th May 2007 I was just like any other woman, I had a pretty routine life style, good job, fabulous husband, we had just bought a new house so everything, we thought, was fine.
On the 8th May 2007 I discovered a tumour in my left breast.
My whole life just fell apart...
Within a matter of seconds
completely turned my life around…
Chyrelle Addams is my stage name.
I am a professional singer
around the North East clubs.
Singing is my life…
I am so fortunate to have a job I love.
Thousands of people every year are diagnosed and everyone has their own way of dealing with this vile disease.
Almost immediately I knew that if I was to try and beat this illness I had to fight back.
My way of doing that was to try and do my bit to help to reduce the chances of other people having to face the same situation…
The Chyrelle Addams Cancer Support Trust
As a professional entertainer I know that
I can raise a lot of money and contribute in a big way to this cause…
The song playing in the background is my own recording of ‘Smile’ and will soon be on sale in shops.
All proceeds will go to The Chyrelle Addams Cancer Support Trust
I want to raise awareness and help as many people as possible...
I Cannot do this on my own...
I NEED YOUR HELP!!
I was diagnosed with her2 positive metastatic breast cancer.
I will never forget the feeling of complete terror and the surge of emotion that swept through me when the consultant said:
“I’m sorry, It’s not looking too good”
and the look on my Husbands will be engrained in my mind for the rest of my life.
